LEASING / RENTING in Arden Trace is STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

Please remember, renting or leasing all or part of a home in Arden Trace, even if no rent is collected from the tenant, is against the Arden Trace Covenants and is strictly prohibited.  Anyone found to be renting their home is subject to daily fines and payment of all legal fees associated with correcting the violation.  The rules regarding "Leasing" can be found on page 14 of the covenants on the www.ardentrace.com website. If you suspect someone in the neighborhood is renting their property, please contact Kenny Jackson at kenny@belconic.com
